Born in 1998 in Geneva, Switzerland, Jamy draws inspiration from his many travels. After living in Singapore for two years as a child, he developed a strong curiosity for the world through observation. In 2014, he was accepted into the CFP Arts of Geneva through a competitive selection process, and later graduated with honors from the Visual Communication Bachelor (option Media & Interaction Design) at ECAL (École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne), earning the mention "Excellent" in 2022.

Currently working for the Visual Communication department and the Technology Center at ECAL.

As part of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the canton of Vaud has commissioned ECAL to create an original work of art, on view from July 24 to September 8 in the Maison suisse set up for the occasion in the courtyard of the Swiss Embassy in Paris. Comprising some twenty synchronized screens offering a panoramic view of the canton and its major assets, Vaud-o-rama aims to promote the region and forge links with the public, helping them to discover its richness and diversity.

Inspired by the diorama museal device, this installation offers a dynamic and immersive showcase for the canton of Vaud, highlighting four key areas: Innovation, Education, Culture and Sport. It presents a varied portrait of the canton and offers a current view of its activities. In this way, the canton of Vaud reveals itself as a center of excellence for research and innovation, a cutting-edge learning ground, a mecca for cultural creation and a sports ecosystem that is unique in the world.

Images and text come alive and intermingle in a meticulously orchestrated choreography. International sporting events, the headquarters of major federations, prestigious cultural institutions, renowned universities and colleges, top-level scientific and technical research centers - these are the strengths that the canton brings to the stage and into the spotlight in this creation.
Initiated during an experimental workshop with students to generate initial graphic intentions, the project was then developed within ECAL's Visual Communication department in collaboration with ECAL's Technology Center.
