Born in 1998 in Geneva, Switzerland, Jamy draws inspiration from his many travels. After living in Singapore for two years as a child, he developed a strong curiosity for the world through observation. In 2014, he was accepted into the CFP Arts of Geneva through a competitive selection process, and later graduated with honors from the Visual Communication Bachelor (option Media & Interaction Design) at ECAL (École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne), earning the mention "Excellent" in 2022.

Currently working for the Visual Communication department and the Technology Center at ECAL.

During a workshop week at ECAL, we've created a project where a microphone is connected to the oscilloscope using the XY scope Library of Ted Davis.
This allowed users to actively engage with the audio-visual experience. By manipulating the distance between the microphone and source, participants gain control over the intensity of the Larsen effect, consequently altering both the sound and the corresponding image displayed on the oscilloscope screen. This interactive element empowers users to explore the delicate balance between proximity and distortion, resulting in a captivating fusion of auditory and visual expression.
